Actually, there are no big news, since as we said previously, the options are the same of the PC/Mac version. However, there is an interesting news for the social networks enthusiasts: you will be able to update your Facebook or Twitter page every time you upload something on the Exchange, "follow" other users, moderate your comments and so on.

Thanks to SimPrograms, which is once again our favorite source of information, we found out that the official Sims 3 Console website is now online...but not in every language!
The Italian homepage, for example, is blank with a "Coming soon" banner, while the US version is fully working and features a lot of pictures (other than having an amazing layout!). But that's not all.
The first game we were shown when we entered the first floor room at SpazioTheca was The Sims 3 console, starring producer Sam Player (whom you may have heard of from other Sims game, such as The Sims 2 Pets).
Although each of the four consoles the game will available for starting from October 26th was there, Player showed us only the version for Xbox360 (which is basically the same of Playstation3) and briefly the one for Nintendo DS.
From October 26th 2010, The Sims 3 will be available in four different versions to bring on consoles the odds & ends of the Sims saga and offer new gameplay strategies, which aren't available on the PC/Mac version.
